Good Point At Haverfordwest

Ton Pentre gained an excellent point in an early season visit to Haverfordwest.

The Bulldogs put in a good display against one of the favourites for the League title. This was despite missing Lloyd Toghill, Fraser Williams, Tom McCarthy and Thomas Davies.

Ton were even dealt a blow when Gareth Tedstone was substituted after an injury he picked up during the warm-up flared up throughout the first half.

We though Chris Colvin was going to score with a 30 yard effort but the spectacular shot went wide. Great skill between Colvin and Tedstone shortly after could also have seen Ton take the lead.

There’s a full match report over on – which can be accessed from menu over on the left.

We now look forward to Aberdare Town on Tuesday evening at 7.30pm.

We also hope to have the tracksuits ready for the squad at some point next week, which will be the result of some hard fundraising work by the 1896BULLDOGS.

We also hope to finalise our constitution shortly, after which membership will open up for other interested Ton Pentre fans to join the movement.
